I took a bicycle ride in the city Saturday afternoon into the evening, and stopped by this place on 23rd St. to check it out before I finished this painting. I was minding my own business outside, looking at the facade, when some very odd fellow invited me in after I told him I was an artist and was doing a painting of this place. He proceeded to buy me beers and bbq ribs, making the rest of the bike ride through the streets of the city very interesting indeed!
